Ronald Czerniec
Ron brings over 27 years of executive and financial management experience. Prior to forming RCPharma, Ron spent 25 of his 27 years with startups, new companies, acquisitions and joint operating agreements helping guide them from the start up or the merger phase to successful and large companies. From 1985 until June of 2008, Ron was with USA TODAY where as the Sr. Director of Finance, he was responsible for $1.9 billion in revenues and 8 companies with operations spanning the U.S. and overseas.

Dr. Bibhu Misra, M.S., D.C., Vice President – Compliance (Regulatory and FDA Affairs)
Dr. Misra’s experience spans a broad background as a bio-medical researcher at Virginia Tech, a Pre-clinical and Clinical pharmaceutical researcher in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, and as a successful business creator and health motivator both in the U.S. and Europe. His research involved utilizing various analytical methods, good laboratory and good clinical practices (cGLPs and cGCPs). He has published numerous scientific journal articles on subjects including inter/intra examiner reliability studies, nerve repair and regeneration, free radicals, cellular aging mechanisms, antioxidants, recombinant human cytokines and coagulation factors. He has helped design, implement and harvest pre-clinical data. His training as a clinical research associate has enabled him to become proficient at qualifying and setting up clinics and hospitals for inclusion into clinical trials, monitoring these sites for quality data collection and trouble shooting site problems.

Kirk Vespestad, Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Kirk directs the sales team that makes up the revenue engine of RCPharma. He brings to RCPharma a strong affinity for consumer brand marketing underscored by a quite diverse 20-year marketing career in the international telecommunications sector. Kirk supported Sprint’s growth outside the United States, launched Global One in the U.S., and expanded France Telecom’s Orange brand (known primarily in Europe) within North America. In keeping with the international nature of our business, Kirk has operated in and supported teams throughout North America, Latin America, and Europe and also has worked in a global product management environment.
